Fixed price. Book online.Pressurised (unvented) hot water cylinders need an annual service and safety check. Responsibility usually sits with the landlord, but many tenancy agreements pass it to the tenant, and most home insurers require it either way.
Our engineer checks the safety valves, expansion vessel and controls, services the cylinder and leaves you with confirmation the check has been done. The visit normally takes about an hour.
It is a fixed price job, so you can book it online in a couple of minutes and pick a slot that suits you.

Why does my cylinder need a yearly check?
Pressurised cylinders store hot water under mains pressure. The safety valves and expansion vessel need checking every year to keep the system safe, and most insurers require proof it has been done.
