How we work
Straight answers
If a repair makes more sense than a replacement, that is what we will tell you. If a job is not one for us, we will say so.
Turn up when we say
Booked jobs go in the diary with a reminder before the visit. If anything changes, you hear from us first.
Work done properly
We do not cut corners on safety, materials or tidiness. The job is finished when it is right, not when it is nearly right.
